Return Eligibility

  • Products must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request within 5 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or another mutually agreed method

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as Dynamic Brink is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds
